I am delighted to represent Diamond Residential Mortgage Corporation and help customers achieve their goals relative to home ownership. My formal education and employment of 22 years in a human service industry fueled my passion for individualized planning in a goal driven environment. My decision to transition to the mortgage industry provided me with an opportunity to explore a new customer base yet maintain a strong commitment to great customer service!

My appreciation of a complicated lending process has increased my determination to work as a partner with customers, to assure they navigate the process with a clear understanding of what is needed and why, so their loan swiftly closes.
