I have over 35 years of experience in the Retail Mortgage Business to include experience in underwriting, capital markets, product development, production management and even personal production. I have owned 2 companies and have run production for 4 others, including CTX Mortgage, GMAC Mortgage, American Home Funding, Shea Financial and BOK Financial.

The defining point in any successful service-based organization is the internal value that is placed on its most important asset- its employees. Creation of a valued financial asset is the work of numerous skills and people within the mortgage process. Sales, Underwriting, IT, Processing, Loan Delivery, Secondary marketing, Finance and accounting, Audit, Quality control and many other disciplines must work in unity to create a sustainable, profitable company. All parties involved in the process are important and vital to the creation of a fungible asset.
